A wedding scenario

Lake Muskan lies as smooth as glass. The scent of lilacs wafts in on the gentle breeze. A cheerful group arrives at Körunda. On the wooden deck down by Lake Muskan, everything is set for the wedding ceremony, with chairs and decorations in beautiful surroundings. The guests take their seats, the priest stands ready, and the bride and groom slowly walk down the grassy path toward the altar. The ceremony can begin. The party then walks up to the hotel and enjoys a wedding toast and hors d’oeuvres at the champagne bar on the terrace. The guests sit down at the restaurant, and dinner is served. Surprises and special events take place throughout the evening and continue with dancing in the lobby. Guests spend the night in comfortable beds and wake up to a delicious breakfast buffet before departure.

The wedding experience begins

For the appetizer, we serve cold-smoked salmon cubes with a soy vinaigrette flavored with chili and ginger. This is paired with a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. The main course features cherry-glazed venison with potatoes and Jerusalem artichoke purée, along with butter-sautéed black salsify and oven-roasted tomatoes. This is paired with a Pinotage red wine from South Africa. Dessert consists of a warm chocolate cake served with raspberry sorbet and mint. This is accompanied by Castano Dulce.

During dinner, speeches will be given for the wedding couple. Your toastmaster and our maître d’ will guide you through all the evening’s events.

An evening that will remain memorable

Pleasant music plays from the speakers. While you enjoy coffee, liqueurs, and cake, a troubadour joins in. There might be a gift-opening, and some skits from the guests will have you laughing. After a while of relaxing, a DJ or live band arrives, if desired. Everyone is invited to dance, and drinks are served at the bar. As the clock approaches midnight, a platter of Italian cold cuts is served. Wine or beer is recommended to accompany the platter. When everyone is satisfied, the guests retire to their rooms for a good night’s sleep.

The day after

As the morning dawns, a hearty breakfast buffet is served in our dining room. Or why not start the day with brunch if the night before ran late? Now, opening your gifts might be the perfect highlight.Your wedding experience will remain close to your hearts for a long time to come. A memory for a lifetime, one you’ll always share with family and friends.
