Our inspiration comes from near and far. From flavorful Italy, of course, and from France’s rich culinary traditions, but also from the wonderfully lush region of Skåne, as well as from Södertörn’s locally sourced, seasonal menu.
If you and your friends want to make chocolates or desserts of a quality far beyond anything you’re used to, you’ll want to do it with a top pastry chef to guide you. She’s also incredibly good at inspiring you and keeping you on your toes.
