Körunda's Training Guide

At Körunda, there are plenty of opportunities for functional training, whether on your own or in a group. Near the Viking House, you’ll find our training area, which includes hay bales, car tires, and our new wooden deck for those who want to work out by the lake. It’s the perfect spot for exercises that use your own body weight. Check out our tips to see a variety of exercises you can do. Feel free to borrow our yoga mats or boxing gloves/punching bags.

The cross-country trail

9 KM OF EXERCISES

The cross-country trail circles Lake Muskan, covering a total of 9 km with an exercise station every kilometer. You start at the parking lot and head down the road; after just over a kilometer, you turn off into the woods and follow the trails and signs along the lake.

MISCELLANEOUS EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

Exercise equipment such as weights, punching bags, boxing gloves, and yoga mats is available to borrow.

TRAINING AREA BY THE LAKE

There’s a large, lovely lawn by the lake where you can do your own workout. Finish your workout with a relaxing stroll along the mindfulness trail.

Outdoor gym

Körunda’s outdoor gym is located at the back, next to the parking lot. With its compact design, you can work out your entire body with a variety of exercises, from dips to push-ups. Kettlebells and hula hoops are also available to borrow in the relaxation area. Go to “Workout Tips” to watch the manufacturer’s video on the exercises you can do
