Körunda's Training Guide
At Körunda, there are plenty of opportunities for functional training, whether on your own or in a group. Near the Viking House, you’ll find our training area, which includes hay bales, car tires, and our new wooden deck for those who want to work out by the lake. It’s the perfect spot for exercises that use your own body weight. Check out our tips to see a variety of exercises you can do. Feel free to borrow our yoga mats or boxing gloves/punching bags.
