Winter Conference

Make the most of the sunny days!

A conference in harmony with nature

Make the most of the sunny days and swap the classic lunch buffet for a cozy campfire! For those of you who believe in striking a balance between work and play, and want your employees to feel good.

Nature has always been a central part of life at Körunda. Right outside the door, you’ll find the Sörmlandsleden trail, which circles Lake Muskan. Here, you’ll have time to socialize, make plans, and much more.

Start the meeting in the conference room, but around lunchtime, it’s time to head outside for some fresh air. You’ll be given some backpacks filled with food perfect for the great outdoors and some firewood so you can warm up around a fire.

Once the workday is over, you’ll have a lovely lounge area to unwind in before enjoying a delicious three-course meal.

This package includes:

  • Welcome coffee and sandwich
  • Lunch and side dishes in a packed lunch
  • Afternoon coffee and snacks with homemade treats (can be packed in your backpack or served at the hotel)
  • 3-course conference dinner

Muskan – our largest meeting room, where the possibilities are endless

Although spacious, Muskan retains the charm of a smaller conference room. It may even have the best view—if you like lakes, that is. It measures 117 square meters and can accommodate between 50 and 110 people.

Styran is a meeting space full of possibilities. An event and meeting room where you can choose between a traditional meeting setting or a more open layout where discussion and openness permeate the space. A perfect event and meeting room that welcomes groups in the “medium to large” category. We tailor the meeting entirely to your needs and preferences.

Tranan – for medium-sized groups, with a view of the golf course

Tranan is centrally located on the upper level, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings and the golf course; the afternoon sun provides a boost of energy as you sit in Tranan. If you’re planning a meeting for 20–40 people, this is the perfect choice.

Tärnan – a small yet spacious conference room with plenty of natural light

Tärnan is a small yet spacious conference room with plenty of natural light, located among many other rooms on the upper floor to the left in the “wing.” The room can accommodate between 12 and 25 people and is equipped with modern technology and a whiteboard; coffee is, of course, always included.
